Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Steward role located in Ludhiana. The Steward will be tasked with maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas. Responsibilities include assisting with food service operations, supporting the kitchen and service staff, ensuring hygiene and sanitation standards are upheld, and providing an excellent customer dining experience through friendly and efficient service. The Steward will help with inventory tasks, stocking supplies, and maintaining a positive and efficient work environment.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication to provide a welcoming dining experience and coordinate effectively with team members.
Proficiency in Food & Beverage knowledge to ensure proper handling and service standards are maintained.
Experience in Food Service and Training to assist in delivering exceptional service and guiding team members when necessary.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and a focus on maintaining high cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Physical capability to perform tasks such as standing for prolonged periods and lifting to support daily operational needs.
Previous experience in a similar role or in the food and beverage industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
