LWSed (Learn Win Succeed) is a live online education platform teaching Chess, Maths, English, and Generative AI to students aged 5-18 across India and the USA. Founded by a FIDE-rated chess player and Perplexity Business Fellow, we've delivered 1,000+ sessions in 2 years. We're based in Ludhiana, Punjab.
About the Role
We're looking for a hungry, creative Marketing Intern to help us scale our AI and Chess activities in Ludhiana and beyond. This is a ground-floor opportunity to work directly with the founder and shape the marketing strategy of a growing edtech startup.
What You'll Do
- Plan and execute social media content (Instagram Reels, Linked In posts, You Tube Shorts) around Chess and AI education
- Help organize and promote offline and online chess tournaments in Ludhiana
- Create marketing collateral (flyers, posters, Whats App campaign creatives) using Canva
- Run Whats App and Meta ad campaigns targeting parents of school-age children
- Engage with parent communities, schools, and chess clubs in Ludhiana for partnerships
- Track campaign performance and help optimize for student sign-ups
- Support content creation for our website
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field
- Based in or near Ludhiana, Punjab
- Strong social media skills (Instagram, Linked In, You Tube)
- Basic design skills (Canva is enough)
- Interest in Chess, AI, or education is a strong plus
- Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
