Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Support Specialist located in Ludhiana. The IT Support Specialist will handle day-to-day IT operations including providing technical support, resolving hardware and software issues, troubleshooting system problems, and maintaining desktop computers. The role requires efficient management of help desk tickets and delivering prompt resolutions to ensure smooth business operations.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Technical Support and Troubleshooting
- Proficiency in managing and maintaining Desktop Computers
- Solid understanding of Information Technology principles and systems
- Experience in Help Desk Support with a professional and customer-first attitude
- Ability to diagnose and resolve IT-related issues efficiently
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Relevant certification(s) in IT support (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) preferred
- Ability to adapt and learn new technologies quickly
