About the Role
The Lead Clinical Psychologist will oversee the clinical team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality psychological services. This role involves direct patient care, supervision of staff, and collaboration with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
Responsibilities
Provide psychological assessments and therapy to patients.
Supervise and mentor clinical staff.
Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
Conduct training sessions and workshops for staff development.
Participate in research and quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Doctoral degree in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.
D.) preferedable Mphil in clinical psychologist from an accredited institution.
RCI Licensed to practice psychology in the state.
Required Skills
Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred Skills
Experience in a leadership role within a clinical setting.
Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
