Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Lucknow for a Retail Sales Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales through exceptional customer service, building strong customer relationships, and promoting Eco Fone's refurbished smartphones. Core responsibilities include understanding customer needs, demonstrating product features, assisting in the purchasing process, and meeting sales targets while contributing to the overall customer experience and company goals.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Retail Sales and Sales strategies to meet and surpass targets while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
Strong Customer Service and Relationship Building skills to ensure a positive and engaging experience for customers.
Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
Problem-solving abilities and a goal-oriented mindset to address customer needs and drive sales.
Previous experience in retail or sales roles is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced on-site retail environment.
Passion for sustainability and technology is an advantage.
Minimum educational requirement:
High school diploma or equivalent.
