Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Store Manager based in Lucknow. The Assistant Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensure customer satisfaction, handle customer service issues, and maintain a well-organized and efficient store environment. Additional responsibilities include supporting store staff, assisting with inventory management, ensuring compliance with company policies, and implementing strategies to minimize retail loss. The role also focuses on fostering a positive shopping experience for customers and contributing to the overall performance of the store.
Qualifications
Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to deliver an excellent in-store experience.
Effective Communication skills for interacting with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
Proven expertise in Store Management, including inventory control and team supervision.
Familiarity with Retail Loss Prevention measures and practices to manage risks efficiently.
Problem-solving abilities, leadership qualities, and organizational skills to excel in a fast-paced retail environment.
Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and adapt to dynamic business needs.
Previous experience in retail management is preferred. A degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus.
