Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lucknow for a Secondary Research Associate. The key responsibilities include conducting secondary research using credible sources, collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing data, and delivering actionable insights to support market research projects. The role involves crafting reports, managing data extraction, and collaborating with other teams to ensure research objectives are met efficiently and with precision.
Adherence to data integrity and quality assurance protocols is a critical part of this role.
Qualifications
Proficiency in conducting Secondary Research and Data Analysis to extract and interpret relevant information effectively.
Strong skills in Report Writing and synthesizing research findings into actionable insights.
Attention to detail, accuracy in Data Management, and commitment to quality assurance standards.
Excellent Communication Skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint, is essential.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Market Research, or any related field is preferred.
Familiarity with market research tools and industry databases is an advantage.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills.
