Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lucknow for a Production Manager. The Production Manager will oversee production processes, manage and coordinate the production team, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality garments. Responsibilities include planning production schedules, supervising operations, maintaining consistent quality standards, and ensuring efficient use of materials and resources. The role also involves liaising with suppliers and maintaining strong vendor relationships, as well as proactively identifying and resolving production issues.

Qualifications

Strong production management skills, including experience in workflow planning, scheduling, and team coordination
Proficiency in quality assurance processes and expertise in fabric, tailoring, and garment manufacturing
Problem-solving abilities with a focus on process optimization and efficiency
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external vendors
Adaptability to on-site responsibilities and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in the clothing or apparel industry, particularly in a managerial or supervisory role
Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Design, or a related field is preferred
