Role Description

This is a full-time role in Lucknow for an Admission Counselor. The Admission Counselor will be responsible for connecting with potential students, providing information about courses, addressing inquiries, and guiding them through the admission process. The role involves engaging with prospects, counseling them on suitable programs, and ensuring a seamless admission experience while maintaining excellent customer service.

Qualifications

Strong Interpersonal Communication and overall Communication skills
Proven Customer Service and Sales skills
Experience or interest in Education and student counseling
Ability to build relationships with a diverse set of individuals
Proficiency in using communication tools and software
Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working in a remote setting
Bachelor's degree in any relevant field is preferred
