Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Lucknow for a Trainer specializing in Aptitude Training or  Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) Training.  Responsibilities include developing and delivering training content, conducting interactive sessions, preparing relevant teaching materials, mentoring students, evaluating performance, and providing feedback. The trainer will also be responsible for staying updated on industry trends to continuously improve training modules and methodologies.

Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Aptitude topics, including logical reasoning, quantitative analysis, and problem-solving techniques
Proficiency in Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA), including implementation and optimization of algorithms
Experience in delivering interactive training sessions and creating teaching materials, along with effective communication and public speaking skills
Ability to assess and evaluate students' progress, provide constructive feedback, and offer mentorship
Familiarity with software tools and environments used in coding and algorithm development
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related discipline; teaching experience is an added advantage
