Experience:

18+ years in academics, including 3- 5 years as Principal.
Board Affiliation: CBSE.

Job Summary:

Amity International School is seeking a dynamic, visionary, and experienced Principal to lead and manage the academic and administrative functions of the school. The ideal candidate will be an accomplished educator with proven leadership experience in reputed CBSE institutions and will play a pivotal role in sustaining the academic excellence, operational efficiency, and student-centered ethos of Amity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive academic excellence by fostering a strong learning environment and high performance expectations for students and faculty.
- Lead curriculum planning and execution in line with CBSE guidelines and Amity’s academic standards.
- Coordinate with curriculum experts and educational departments to implement latest pedagogical practices.
- Ensure all statutory and board-related compliance, documentation, and timely liaison with CBSE
and state education bodies.
- Organize academic programs, co-curricular activities, inter-school competitions, and student development initiatives.
- Collaborate with admissions, marketing, and outreach teams to ensure enrollment targets and parent engagement.
- Handle vendor management, facilities oversight, and ensure the campus is safe, clean, and well-maintained.
- Lead, motivate, and evaluate faculty and staff, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Support in recruitment, onboarding, staff development, and retention strategies.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and manage employee performance, grievances, and team development.
- Conduct regular training, workshops, and induction programs to build faculty capabilities.
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, faculty, alumni, regulatory authorities, and the broader school community.
- Represent the school in conferences, public events, and education forums to elevate its brand and reputation.

Required Qualifications &

Experience:

Education:

- B.Ed. (mandatory)
- M.Ed. (mandatory)
-Any Other Post Graduate or Above Qualification ( Optional).

Experience:

- 18+ years in academic roles in reputed CBSE Schools.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as Principal or Vice Principal.
