Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Process Trainer role based in Lucknow. The Process Trainer will be responsible for identifying training needs, designing and delivering training programs for new hires, improving employee knowledge and skills, and conducting performance evaluations. The role involves delivering effective presentations, monitoring trainee progress, and collaborating with teams to ensure smooth operational processes.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Training Needs Analysis and delivering New Hire Training programs
Strong Presentation Skills and Communication skills
Analytical Skills to assess training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
Ability to mentor and develop team members systematically
Excellent interpersonal skills and a learner-centric approach
Experience in training or facilitation is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field is preferred
