About the Role

At Wildpunch, design isn’t decoration; it’s strategy, storytelling and brand power. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you’ll lead the visual language of brands across digital, social, print and campaigns. You’ll work closely with copywriters, strategists and account managers to translate ideas into compelling visual narratives that don’t just look good but work.

This role demands taste, clarity of thought, conceptual strength and the ability to think beyond trends.

What You Bring

● 4–6 years of hands-on experience in branding, digital design and campaign creatives

● Strong command over Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw, InDesign);
After Effects is a plus

● Experience designing for social media, brand identities, campaign launches and marketing collateral

● Ability to translate brand strategy and copy into strong visual systems

● Understanding of layouts, typography, color theory and visual hierarchy

● Experience working with multiple brands and fast-paced timelines

● Strong attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset

Key Responsibilities

● Lead visual design across brand identities, social media, campaigns, pitch decks, and marketing assets

● Develop and maintain consistent visual languages for multiple brands

● Collaborate closely with copywriters and strategists to bring ideas to life visually

● Conceptualise creatives for launches, campaigns, and storytelling formats

● Mentor junior designers and review their work for quality and consistency

● Ensure all designs align with brand tone, positioning and objectives

● Stay updated with global design trends while creating work that’s timeless, not templated

● Present ideas clearly to internal teams and when required, to clients
