Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office administration and ensure compliance with company policies
Supervise administrative staff and coordinate daily activities
Handle meeting schedules, travel approvals, calls, emails, and correspondence
Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports
Support budgeting, bookkeeping, and ERP documentation
Maintain records, databases, and office supplies inventory
Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals
Assist the Business Head and support cross-functional teams
Flexible to work as per business requirements
Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of MS Excel & Power Point
Good communication and coordination skills
Experience in ERP and administrative documentation
