Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Receptionist, based in Lucknow. The responsibilities include managing the front desk, greeting visitors, handling phone calls, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves scheduling appointments, managing inquiries, and ensuring the front office runs efficiently and professionally.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in phone etiquette and handling receptionist duties effectively
Experience in front office operations and customer service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle a fast-paced work environment
Proficiency in basic computer applications and office software
Professional demeanor and a friendly attitude
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications are a plus
