Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant located in Lucknow. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to executives by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence. Additional responsibilities include organizing and maintaining files, preparing expense reports, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring that daily operations run smoothly.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
Experience with preparing and managing Expense Reports
Strong Executive Support and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal Communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of prioritizing tasks effectively
Proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office Suite) and familiarity with scheduling tools
A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role is advantageous
