Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist located in Lucknow. As a Receptionist, the responsibilities involve managing front desk activities, providing excellent customer service, handling phone inquiries, and completing various clerical tasks. The role requires ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by serving as the first point of contact for clients and visitors while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Receptionist Duties, including managing front desk operations and greeting visitors
Proficient in Phone Etiquette and handling both incoming and outgoing calls effectively

Experience with Clerical Skills such as filing, scheduling, data entry, and managing office supplies
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients, visitors, and team members professionally
Proactive and organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities
Familiarity with basic computer applications and office equipment
Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or front desk role is preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications or certifications in office management are a plus
