We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting operations, maintain financial records, and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in Tally, GST filing, bank reconciliations, and general accounting principles.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and book entries in Tally / ERP software
Handle accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and client invoicing
Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns
Conduct bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow regularly
Assist in monthly and yearly closing of accounts
Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports
Coordinate with auditors and provide required documentation
Manage petty cash and maintain proper documentation of expenses
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Skills & Education Required
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance
2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance
Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting principles
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and income tax filing
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and organizational skills

Preferred
- Experience with Excel formulas, Pivot tables, and MIS reporting
Exposure to audit support and financial reporting
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
