Pay: $12.00 per hour plus tips. The role involves providing wheelchair assistance to airline passengers, transporting them safely, handling baggage, coordinating with dispatchers, and completing incident reports.

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required
• No experience required; on‑the‑job training provided

• One year of customer service experience preferred

• Follow safety precautions at all times while transporting passengers
• Engage in positive interpersonal interaction with passengers
• Comply with all client and/or site security requirements and processes
• Safely transport passengers in wheelchairs from retrieval point to desired destination within the client site or grounds
• Assist passengers with baggage retrieval and transport, if necessary
• Coordinate assignments with dispatchers and gate agents, if necessary
• Complete thorough incident reports
