Position: Aircraft Maintenance Technician - RW (NE)

Aircraft Maintenance Technician – Rotor Wing (NE)

Salary
: $83,148 – $121,274 annually (including 30% geographic modifier)

IA Stipend
: $2,080

Sign‑On Bonus
: $12,500

Schedule
: 10 on / 10 off

Location

Lubbock, TX

Responsibilities
  • Perform mechanical maintenance services, including inspections, screening, repairs, and provide regular status updates to the Lead Technician.
  • Manage inventory checks to ensure sufficient stock of supplies and equipment; update the equipment tracking log and place replacement requests as necessary.
  • Document service paperwork and FAA information as required and adhere to company policies and information security standards.
  • Maintain a safe, clean working environment for the aircraft maintenance team and flight crew.
  • Facilitate coordination between departments, vendors, and team members through effective communication.
  • Collaborate professionally with allied health, public safety personnel, and operations team.
Minimum

Required Qualifications
  • EC135 maintenance experience.
  • Three (3) years of turbine helicopter maintenance with at least six months of experience in the last 24 months.
  • Valid Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license.
  • Valid state‑issued driver's license.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations.
  • Experience with EMS systems, aircraft maintenance records, and planning.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including overtime and 24/7 on‑call rotations.
  • Compliance with FAA drug and alcohol testing program.
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and carry up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
  • FAA Inspection Authorization Certification.
  • Experience under CFR Part 135.
  • Autopilot maintenance experience.
  • Avionics and electrical repair experience.
