Utility Foreman

Position: Working Utility Foreman
Hiring:
Utility Foreman OR Utility Division Lead (Wet Utilities)

We are looking to add a strong leader to our team as our workload continues to grow. We focus exclusively on wet utilities (water & sewer) for commercial projects and subdivisions. This role can go one of two directions depending on experience and capability.

Option 1:
Working Utility Foreman (Field-Driven Role)

This role is hands-on and requires someone who can lead from the front.

Responsibilities include:

• Running equipment and working in the field
• Leading and managing a utility crew
• Installing water and sewer utilities
• Ordering materials and coordinating deliveries
• Hiring crew members as needed
• Completing jobs largely independently (90% self-sufficient)

Compensation:

• Depending on experience

Option 2:
Utility Division Lead (Operations & Leadership Role)

This is a higher-level role for someone ready to take ownership of the entire utility operation.

Responsibilities include everything above, plus:

• Managing the full wet utility division
• Assisting with project pricing and estimating
• Creating schedules and planning manpower
• Reviewing job costs and ensuring profitability
• Driving efficiency, accountability, and results across projects

Compensation:

• Salary annually, depending on experience
• Profit sharing available for the right, qualified individual

• Someone who can handle responsibility, not just talk about it
• A self-starter who takes ownership and gets things done
