Stretch Lab Lubbock is currently seeking a high energy, passion filled and sales motivated individual that is easy to coach and has a love for our community and brand!

The purpose of the Front Desk/Sales Associate is to assist the General Manager. He or she is responsible for creating a welcoming environment for clients while driving membership and service sales. This role combines customer service, sales, and administrative tasks to ensure a smooth and positive experience for every guest. Fitness knowledge or background is preferred but not required.

Requirements
  • Must be able to work Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 3:30pm-7pm. Saturdays 9 AM- 2 PM.
  • A flexible schedule would be preferred but not required
  • Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
  • Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Must have proficient computer skills
  • Daily and/or occasional travel may be required
  • Must be able to make phone calls throughout the shift
Responsibilities
  • Assist the General Manager with the sales process of lead generation, follow-up, and close
  • Greet clients and guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Manage front desk operations including check‑ins, scheduling, and phone calls
  • Drive sales by converting inquiries into memberships or sessions
  • Educate clients about services, memberships, and promotions
  • Follow up with leads and prospects
  • Process payments
  • Assist with studio cleanliness and organizations
  • Present available services to current or prospective members
  • Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota and follow‑up with leads and missed intro classes
  • Support team marketing events (pop ups, health fairs, marathons, and community events) to promote the club
  • Other duties as assigned
