Insurance Sales Representative

Owen Insurance Agency is hiring a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent who wants high standards, elite coaching, and real income opportunity.

Job Summary

As a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent, you will generate new business by prospecting, quoting, and closing personal lines insurance policies. This role requires consistent outbound calling, strong follow up, and disciplined sales activity.

Cold calling is a required part of this position.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through outbound calls and follow up
• Quote and sell personal lines insurance policies
• Consistently meet daily and weekly sales activity goals
• Follow proven sales systems, scripts, and processes
• Build trust with clients through professional communication
• Accurately document activity and sales in agency systems
• Participate in coaching, training, and performance reviews

Compensation

• Base pay plus commission and performance bonuses
• Expected annual earnings of $42,000 or more for agents who consistently meet activity and performance standards after sales training
• Uncapped earning potential for top performers
• Earnings are directly tied to effort, skill, and execution

This is a performance driven role. Guaranteed income regardless of results is not part of this position.

Requirements

• Active Texas Property and Casualty insurance license required
• Comfortable with outbound phone work
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
