- Greet customers to identify their vehicle needs and lead them through the sales process, including vehicle/car selection, test drive, personalization, financing, and paperwork.
- Perform high‑quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new and used vehicles/cars.
- Use customer relationship management (CRM) tool to effectively track all customer interactions.
- Present customer deal structure and additional finance products.
- Follow up with customers and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Complete all ongoing training modules to keep abreast of new vehicle products, features, accessories, etc.
- Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards.
- Arrange for delivery and registration of vehicle.
- Engage in business development, contacting prospects and clients via phone and email.
- Bilingual
- Internet Sales experience (preferred)
- Sales or Customer Service experience is preferred
- Strong communications skills.
- Strong record of positive customer service results with a customer‑focused attitude.
- Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre‑employment drug test.
- Valid driver's license
