ResponsibilitiesProspecting: Identify and reach out to potential clients to introduce insurance products and services.
Presentations: Conduct professional and informative presentations to educate clients on insurance options.
Needs Analysis: Assess client needs and recommend suitable coverage based on their unique circumstances and goals.
Relationship Building: Cultivate positive and long-lasting relationships with clients to promote customer loyalty.
Sales Quotas: Meet or exceed sales quotas to contribute to the growth and qualify for bonuses.
RequirementsExcellent Communication

Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and explain insurance options.

Customer Service
Skills:
A dedication to providing outstanding customer service and building lasting relationships.
Licensing: A valid insurance license is preferred but not required. We will provide course material for obtaining the necessary licenses.
