As the Account Executive for Providence/Covenant Health TX-NM Business Development, you’ll be the primary sales arm to drive referrals from healthcare providers, clinic staff, hospitals, and others across West Texas and Eastern New Mexico. Your mission: hit growth targets, deliver exceptional customer service and service recovery, and build lasting relationships that drive referrals and transfers. • Act as primary sales arm to drive referrals and transfers.
• Hit growth targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with providers, clinic staff, and regional hospitals.
• Use CRM data and analytics tools to identify leakage and target high‑volume referring providers.
• Conduct in‑person and phone visits, face‑to‑face in‑services, and presentations to providers and C‑Suite executives.
• Identify new business sources, meet targets, increase referral volumes, and expand current accounts.
• Prioritize high‑potential accounts and manage a large geographic territory.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a Healthcare‑related field – OR – equivalent education and experience.
• Three or more years of experience in healthcare customer service with field service experience focus.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance; must be able to drive as part of the role.

• Prior sales experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience with referral growth analytics and maintaining CRM data.
• Prior experience managing a large geographic territory.
• Comfort presenting to providers, hospital C‑suite executives, and other stakeholders.

On‑site, full time. Work hours Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM. Located in Lubbock, TX at Covenant Medical Center.

Pay Range: $28.86 – $44.81 per hour. Additional compensation may include shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
