This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager at The Buckle, Inc., located in Lubbock, TX. Assistant Managers are responsible for supporting the store’s daily operations, including maintaining a welcoming shopping environment, assisting with team development, ensuring exceptional customer service, and meeting sales goals. Daily tasks may also involve overseeing inventory management, leading floor sets, and coordinating team activities to meet business objectives.

Collaboration with the Store Manager to foster a positive and effective work culture is a key part of this role.

• Customer service and retail sales experience
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities
• Organizational and time management skills for multi‑tasking in a fast‑paced environment
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and merchandising principles
• Previous experience in retail or supervisory roles is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or related fields is advantageous
