Overview

A well-established fine jewelry retailer in Lubbock is seeking a personable, experienced Sales Associate to join their close-knit team. This client-facing role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, understands fine jewelry, and thrives in a hospitality-driven retail environment.

• Welcome and assist customers with warmth and professionalism
• Guide clients through purchases and offer personalized recommendations
• Communicate confidently about diamonds, metals, custom design, and repairs
• Maintain showroom appearance and assist with daily operations
• Support inventory tracking, shipping/receiving, or job tracking as needed
• Build lasting relationships through thoughtful service and follow-up

• Tuesday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Closed Sundays and Mondays

• Prior sales experience in fine jewelry or luxury retail
• Strong knowledge of jewelry terminology and customer needs
• Confident, personable communicator with a polished presentation
• Detail-oriented and organized, especially with product handling
• Willingness to work retail hours, including Saturdays
• Bonus:
  Experience with inventory, job tracking, or brands like Helzberg, Robbins Brothers, or other fine jewelers
