ResponsibilitiesThe Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in the overall operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all company policies and procedures.
QualificationsThis position involves up to 38 hours per week. The minimum age requirement is 18 years. Physical demands include more than 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior retail and/or management experience is required.
