• Greet guests with a friendly smile and provide outstanding customer service.
• Describe menu items and answer any questions.
• Quickly and accurately take orders and accept payments behind the cashier counter and in the drive‑thru.
• Work with a sense of urgency to keep lines moving.
• Act as a team‑player: help and serve other team members and guests.
• Distribute food orders to guests with friendly interaction.
• Take catering and take‑out orders over the phone; verify accuracy, accept payment, serve alcohol (21+), and help plan special events.

• Additional pay: $2/hr after 11pm, $2/hr for work outside in temperatures below 33°F, $3/hr on holidays*
