Two Docs Brewing Company is looking for an experienced candidate to lead our hospitality team, uphold and promote company core values, and creatively drive and execute events. This position is geared for a high energy, positive-minded individual that is eager to lead their team and represent a growing, award winning production brewery.
Duties and Responsibilities- Create monthly schedule for bartenders and shift leads with plenty of notice
- Participate in and/or lead staff trainings for new hires and continuing education
- Correct time punches before payroll processing
- Execute Change Orders and cash drawer maintenance
- Maintain a balance of office hours and shift work, leading staff by example
- Handle, organize, and store art/graphic assets from our designers
- Coordinate with other department managers on seasonal merch and event ideas
- Update digital and printed menus for beer, wine, and NA beverages
- Maintain food truck schedules and find replacements if needed
- Delegate tasks as appropriate to staff
- Maintain facilities in taproom and beer garden following a daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning routine
- Order cleaning supplies, snacks, and other taproom needs within budget
- Keep up with monthly inventory on merch and other sellable assets
- Maintain solid professional relationships with Owners, Department Managers, Shift Leads, and Bartenders
- Uphold our company core values:

- Report directly to Head Brewer/GM and Ownership Group.
While there are many responsibilities that fall under this role, you will work with an excellent team of shift leads that are well suited to taking on new tasks and action items.
Qualifications / Requirements- Strong knowledge of craft beer
- 2+ years of team management
- 2+ years of service industry experience
- 2-4 year degree preferred but not necessary
- Level 1 Beer Server Cicerone Certification preferred but not necessary
- TABC Server Certification as required by state law
- Willingness to work full time hours with some flexibility to change shifts if needed
- Keep a consistent ride to work and maintain a drivers license
- Maintain composed, trustworthy, positive, and solution seeking attitude
- Competitive full time Base Pay, with 2-3 shifts of tip split with bar staff
- Set schedule and set days off (with flexibility for small schedule changes if needed)
- Comped taproom beers and take home options when appropriate
- 1 week PTO each year
