Overview
The Assistant Baker will be responsible for:
- Assisting in baking cakes in all sizes and flavors by diligently following recipes
- Remove cakes from pans and package properly
- Put baked cakes away and rotate cakes in cooler according to NBC standards
- Track inventory of baked goods
- Maintain refrigeration logs
- Provide management with a daily production sheet
- Keep baking area clean and sanitized including tables, equipment and tools
- Put in orders of groceries and put them away
Hours:
Monday – Friday 7:00am–3:00pm. Starting pay: $13.00 per hour.
We will not tolerate bad behavior or language, tardiness or missed days without a doctor's note.
