Join our dynamic team as a Crew Member at our Lubbock, United States location! We’re seeking enthusiastic individuals to contribute to our fast-paced and customer-focused environment. As a Crew Member, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional service to our valued customers.
- Operate various equipment efficiently and safely
- Stock ingredients from delivery areas to storage, work areas, and walk‑in coolers
- Prepare products according to company standards and recipes
- Receive and process customer orders accurately, both in‑person and over the phone
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and facility through daily cleaning routines
- Conduct inventory counts and complete associated paperwork
- Provide friendly and professional customer service at all times
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet operational goals
- Adhere to food safety guidelines and quality control standards
- Assist in additional tasks as assigned by management
- Must be {AGE} years of age or older
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately
- Proficiency in making correct monetary change
- Computer literacy, with the ability to enter orders using a keyboard or touch screen
- Excellent motor coordination and dexterity
- Near and mid‑range vision capabilities
- Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces
- Customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Flexibility to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
- Team player mentality and willingness to collaborate with others
- Basic food safety knowledge
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- Attention to detail in following recipes, procedures, and quality standards
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
