Job Description

• Responsible for providing nursing care to patients in support of and as directed by the physician.
• Administer medications and document therapeutic effects.
• Observe, conduct, and document assessment of patient's medical status during course of care and/or treatment.
• Performs all duties in accordance with Practice policies and procedures.
• May be responsible for performing administrative duties and rotating as a triage nurse.

Qualifications and Job Info

• 1-2 years of recent experience
• BLS certification
• ACLS - preferred
• Active state license
