We are hiring for a
nocturnist position. A
nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with anocturnalschedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.
- At Covenant Medical Center, our well-established team consists of 28 physicians and 8 APPs.
- Work alongside our dedicated providers, committed to providing patient-centered care in collaboration with all stakeholders in a positive manner.
- We promote a caring environment, value each other’s well-being, and seamlessly collaborate across hospital departments to achieve shared objectives.
- One year of hospitalist experience is required.
- We accept both ACNPs and PAs.
- ACLS certification is mandatory.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
- 7-days-on, 7-days-off.
- The nocturnist schedule is 7 pm-7 am.
- Provide high-quality, comprehensive medical care and post-operative care to a 977-bed facility (241 beds covered by Sound).
- Receive a high volume of transfers from a broad referral area, including a Level IV trauma center and a comprehensive stroke center.
- Utilize EPIC EMR systems and Sound’s internal informatics platform.

- We operate as a well-organized team with updated systems, teaching tools, and educational programs provided by Sound, all while prioritizing patient well-being and supporting career advancement opportunities within the medical group.
- Yearly base salary is $150k.
- Robust onboarding process for all APPs.
