Job Description: The Certified Nursing Assistant performs basic patient care by assisting in the treatment and care of patients under the direction of a licensed nurse. Patients are cared for in a palliative care surgical oncology setting, focusing on whole‑person, patient‑centered care.
Required Qualifications- Upon hire:
Texas Nurse Aide certification from the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services. - Upon hire:
National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- 1 year experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
