In collaboration with the Division Director, the Clinical Practice Manager RN supports nursing practice, quality initiatives, and clinical improvement efforts across the division. This role leads teams in developing and implementing evidence-based nursing and clinical practices using established standards, research findings, and quality improvement principles.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with Division Director and cross‑functional teams to advance clinical practice.
- Lead teams in developing and implementing evidence‑based practices.
- Apply quality improvement principles to enhance nursing practice and patient outcomes.
- Support the division’s clinical improvement efforts.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
- Master’s Degree in Nursing (Practice or Education) preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of nursing experience in an acute care setting.
- Minimum 3 years experience in clinical practice development, quality, or education.
- Active RN license for WA, OR, or TX.
- Ph.D. or DNP in Nursing.
- Oregon (Portland): $59.39 – $93.75 per hour.
- Texas: $45.30 – $71.51 per hour.
- Washington (Eastern): $52.85 – $83.42 per hour.
