Job Summary

We are hiring a Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs/LPNs) for one of our clients in Lubbock, TX
.

We are seeking experienced Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to provide patient care at the Supported Living Center. The LVN will perform complex nursing duties under the supervision of the Unit RN and Unit Nurse Manager.

This is a contract position with immediate start.

• Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, treatments, and patient education
• Document patient care accurately and perform computer data entry (training provided)
• Manage patients with advanced care needs, including gastrostomy tubes, enteral feedings, Foley catheters, and tracheostomies
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient care

• Valid Texas LVN license
• Valid photo
• Current CPR card
• TB documentation
• Negative COVID-19 test (provided by facility)
• Ability to pass urine drug screen and background check (provided by candidate)
• Ability to pass FBI fingerprint background check (provided by facility)
• Minimum 1 year of direct patient care experience (2+ years preferred)

• 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM shifts
• Alternating shifts to meet staffing needs
• Required to work every other weekend
