As a critical care nurse and officer on the U.S. Army or Army Reserve health care team, you will play a vital role in managing the care of Soldiers and their families. You'll utilize your critical thinking skills and technical expertise to make immediate decisions when it matters most. As a Critical Care Nurse in the Army Reserve, you could be eligible for special pay of up to $75,000 (distributed as $25,000 per year for a maximum of 3 years) along with up to $50,000 in student loan repayment (with $20,000 available during the first two years and $10,000 in the third year).
