We specialize in testosterone replacement therapy, erectile dysfunction, weight management, and PRP. Our on‑site lab returns testosterone results in 15 minutes, and we deliver fast, efficient care in a man‑cave environment with flat‑screen TVs, leather chairs, hardwood floors, and sports memorabilia.

We are seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing team.

• Evaluate patients for low testosterone and prescribe therapy under physician oversight.
• Assess erectile dysfunction and recommend treatments such as Gainswave, P‑Shot, or medications like Trimix.
• Conduct new patient consultations and interpret lab results.
• Provide patient education and administer intramuscular and PRP injections.
• Collaborate with Medical Assistants and Receptionists.
• Maintain clinic census goals and comply with all federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements.
• Develop and implement patient management plans to ensure continuity of care.

• Minimum two years of NP or PA experience.
• Preferred experience in urology, endocrinology, or general practice.
• No current or pending malpractice lawsuits; active state license in good standing; active DEA certificate; active controlled substance registration.

Full‑time position; hourly pay $65.00 – $80.00; in‑person work location. The role offers monthly and yearly bonus/commission opportunities, with DEA registration, state license, and medical malpractice insurance fully covered by the company. Future management potential may be available.
