Kadlec is seeking a full‑time, hospital‑based Orthopedic Hip and Joints Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our orthopedic group and support our hospital operations in the beautiful and welcoming community of Richland.   • Monday to Friday schedule
  • No call
  • Inpatient with some clinic
  • 1‑2 years experience preferred
  • Medical background in orthopedic or primary care, or hospital medicine
  • Compensation is between $126,376 and $162,576 per year
  • The compensation amounts listed include base, productivity & quality/service incentives, and call pay
  • Comprehensive benefits include health, vision, dental and retirement
  • As a non‑profit, Kadlec qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
