Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – Lubbock, TX
Location:
Lubbock, TX 79415
Shifts:
6:00 AM – 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Base pay range: $38.00 /hr – $40.00 /hr
Responsibilities- Provide care for patients – manage medication administration and treatments; provide medication education and complete documentation.
- Perform computer data entry – receive full training.
- Apply advanced skills such as gastrostomy tube/enteral feedings, Foley catheter management, tracheostomy care, etc.
- Licensed to practice Nursing in Texas (LVN) with 1 year of experience, preferably 2 + years as a direct‑care nurse.
- Competent in advanced nursing interventions (see list above).
- Must provide valid photo .
- Must provide nursing license documentation.
- Must provide current CPR card.
- COVID‑19 testing with a negative result required.
- Must pass a urine drug screen and background check.
- Must pass an FBI fingerprint background check.
- Must provide TB documentation.
