Marketing Coordinator

Description

The Marketing Coordinator will support the execution of marketing initiatives across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and events. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands‑on experience in content marketing, demand generation, digital marketing, creative design, and campaign execution. This role also involves project coordination, content writing, and general marketing support. The ideal candidate is creative, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Assist in the execution of multi‑channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, digital ads, and events.
• Support content development, including blog posts, email campaigns, website updates, and promotional materials.
• Create visually appealing marketing materials, including graphics, presentations, and sales collateral.
• Help manage the company’s social media presence by creating content, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
• Assist in the planning and execution of webinars, trade shows, and other marketing events.
• Analyze marketing data and provide insights to optimize campaigns and improve performance.
• Research industry trends, competitor activity, and new marketing opportunities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• 1-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Hub Spot, Marketo) and CRM tools is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Premiere Pro).
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.
• A self‑starter with a passion for learning and staying up to date on marketing trends.
