McHur Care is seeking a West Region Manager to lead and support multiple locations across our West Texas service area. This role is critical to driving operational excellence, ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting staff performance, and maintaining the highest standards of client care across the region. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader with strong business acumen, sound judgment, and a passion for delivering high‑quality behavioral healthcare services.

This is a travel‑intensive role that requires consistent in‑person site visits and the ability to effectively lead cross‑functional teams across multiple office locations.

• Provide on‑site leadership and regular support to clinical teams and site administrators across the West region.
• Ensure all regional offices meet performance standards related to client care, compliance, training, staff engagement, and operational efficiency.
• Serve as a liaison between corporate leadership and regional locations by clearly communicating updates, expectations, and performance goals.
• Conduct audits, site walkthroughs, and staff evaluations to ensure consistent, high‑quality service delivery.
• Partner with HR and department leaders to support recruitment, onboarding, and training efforts.
• Lead crisis response processes and ensure operational and clinical alignment with McHur Care standards.
• Address employee concerns and performance issues with professionalism, consistency, and timeliness.
• Facilitate ongoing team meetings to reinforce expectations, strengthen accountability, and communicate key updates.
• Foster a positive, mission‑driven, and accountable culture across all West Texas sites.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem‑solving abilities
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations and business strategy
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related business tools
• Ability to travel regionally up to 45%

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in multi‑site leadership, operations management, or strategic consulting
• Demonstrated success managing distributed teams and improving performance outcomes
