Location
  • This position may be located in Lubbock, Texas or College Station, Texas.
Education Requirement
  • Trade or technical study, preferably in a related field such as facilities management, business administration or a similar area.
Job Requirements
  • Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in maintenance, facilities management, or similar field. Or any combination of both.
Responsibilities
  • Develops and assesses vendor relationships.
  • Supervises routine maintenance and preventative maintenance at facilities across the organization as needed. Maintains records of maintenance activities and ensures compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Coordinates and oversees facility-related projects, such as renovations, expansions, or relocations. Collaborates with cross-functional teams, contractors, and architects to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
  • Reviews invoices and submits for manager approval.
  • Establishes and maintains property information database.
Preferred Skills
  • Basic skill level in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to review and prioritize maintenance requests and follow up in a timely manner.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to build relationships.
  • Strong customer service skills, patience, and tact.
