This position is based at our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. Epic recruits nationally and provides financial relocation assistance.

Join our Project Management team and drive impactful projects that improve patient care across leading health systems. You will coordinate software installations, present to hospital leadership, oversee end‑user training, and support the go‑live process.

• Lead cross‑functional teams to implement Epic software across hospital sites.
• Present project status and outcomes to hospital leadership.
• Coordinate end‑user training and support during go‑live.
• Travel across the US and occasionally abroad as part of a nationwide team.
• Work autonomously while receiving full support and guidance.

• Preferred: bachelor’s degree or greater (any major).
• History of academic and professional success.
• Willingness to travel 25‑60% of working days, with typical month including 1‑2 trips lasting 2‑4 days.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Reimbursement for relocation to Madison, WI.
• COVID‑19 vaccination.
