Hourly Rate: $12 - $15

Schedule: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM / Monday
- Friday

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a FLOOR TECH:

• Maintains floors and carpets within the Community.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, buff, shampoo, and wax all floor surfaces in the common areas.
• Shampoo carpets and furniture in resident apartments and offices .
• Attends in-service training and education sessions, as assigned.
• Picks up and removes major trash from the Community .
• Clean and wash entrances, doors, windows, elevators, stair wells, hand rails, and walls.
• Maintains all equipment and supplies in proper condition .
• Assist in training new Floor Tech personnel.
• Attends in-service training and education sessions, as assigned.
• Performs specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

• Must have effective communication skills, both oral and written.
• Must maintain resident confidentiality at all times.
• Must have an understanding of general cleaning practices.
• Must be able to complete required duties within time allowed.
• Have the ability to understand and follow instructions in English and communicate effectively.
• Have at least a 9th grade education.
• Six months to one-year experience housekeeping and/or cleaning.
• Previous floor maintenance experience preferred but not required
