We are seeking an experienced Registered Respiratory Director to lead and oversee all respiratory therapy services within the facility. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, staff management, and the effective operation of the respiratory department.

• Provide leadership, direction, and oversight of the respiratory therapy department
• Ensure respiratory services are delivered in accordance with physician orders, clinical protocols, and professional standards
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, and daily workflow to ensure appropriate coverage
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate respiratory therapy staff, including training and performance management
• Develop, implement, and maintain departmental policies and procedures
• Monitor patient outcomes and quality indicators related to respiratory care
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership, and interdisciplinary teams to support patient care
• Oversee equipment management, including maintenance, safety checks, and troubleshooting
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, audits, and inspections
• Maintain accurate departmental documentation and reporting

• Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential in good standing
• Current state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in respiratory care preferred
• Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of respiratory therapy practices
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage staff, prioritize workflow, and respond to clinical needs
