Patient Services Specialist - CARDIO Robinson MD

Overview

Under the direction of the PAS manager, the Patient Access Representative is responsible for assisting patients during the on-site registration and arrival process for scheduled and unscheduled visits as well as completing financial clearance functions. This individual completes the registration for unscheduled visits by collecting accurate demographic information, insurance information, and collecting patient liability (if known) at the time of service.

• 6 months of Healthcare experience in Business office, Hospital or Medical Office setting.

The wage range for this position is $14.80 – $22.18. Additional compensation such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities may also be available. The wage range determines the base pay range for the role. The successful candidate will be placed on the wage range based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
