The Care Manager RN provides professional, comprehensive, patient‑centric care management services for at‑risk patients in an acute care environment. Accountabilities include assessment and planning, coordination of care, resource utilization management and/or review, discharge planning, documentation of interventions, regulatory compliance and patient advocacy. The goal of the Inpatient Care Management RN is to ensure the use of appropriate healthcare resources throughout the continuum, so that the care provided is the right care, at the right time, in the right setting.

  Full‑Time, Night
• This is an on‑site position, requiring daily attendance at the designated location.
• Candidates must reside within commutable distance of the following office location:
  Texas:
  Lubbock

• Associate's Degree in Nursing (degree/diploma) upon hire.
• Texas Registered Nurse License (if practicing within this state) upon hire.
• 2 years of acute‑care nursing experience in a Medical Surgical or Inpatient setting.

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing within 3 years of hire.
• 1 year of experience in care management or utilization review in any setting or successful completion of the TIPS program or Case Management Orientation Program.

Pay Range: $37.63 – $58.42 per hour. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
